Is the EQEmu patcher a kind of "If it works for you.. kewl.." and if it does not work and you get that "patchsrv.dat" error "Uhmm.. Well.. To bad" ?

Is it like that?

Proggy surely kewl enough for the ones to get it to work.. but i aint one of them..
