Any one lend me a hand?

Every time I try to run EQW using my EQEmu account I get past the server select screen then my screen just goes black, then I get booted back to the server select screen with a message that says you may need to run the up date patch. I've ran the regular EQ patch alot of time and it still says the same thing. When I run the EQEmu patch it gives me run time error 70, access denied, it worked a few times befor that and it said all systems ready for EQEmu or somthing like that.
