Cannot open eqemu_zone_???.log file

I am running a inhouse server on WinXP through minilogin and everything works up to character select screen. After I hit the enter world button it acts as if it loads and then crashes. Not zone.exe crask just crash back to server select screen. On one zone.exe that is loading the zone for any character I get an error message stating "cannot open log file logs\eqemu_zone_1408.log (1408 being kaladimb) it happens on any character I create going to any zone from character select screen.

Any suggestions on this?
