Crash, Crash, Crash and more Crash!

Hi, everytime I play and try to zone to anywhere it wether does crash just before im in the zone or after a certain point in the zone.
it crash to desktop. I even tried a zone with someone then it crashed! Something is wrong and need BIG fixing
