It seems that you are looking to be able to include quests with your database. Are you working with anyone already to get that done? I'd like to help you out if possible. I've looked over the quest system and it seems just like irc scripting, so I think I can handle it.
If you'd like some help, or can point me to a group that is already helping you, that would be great.
I'd also ask if anyone knows of a reliable list of quests out there.
http://eq.stratics.com has a wonderfully formated quest database, but it doesn't seem to have everything in it.
http://eq.crgaming.com is ok, too, but I can't seem to find anything comprehensive.
