Problems in CVS source compiled 4/18

Aggro isn't working , faction was working and they give correct message, just don't attack.
Tried on non-GM account to make sure.
seems to have quit working after the aggroradius changes , but I'm not a programmer , just play around a bit

A couple more small probs I'll post seperately.
