No Server

Hi I have followed the directions down to a T and have tried almost everyones solutions. I can log in just fine but when I get to the server select screen there is no server there for me to use. Also the world.exe flag eqemu 200 command does not work it says incomplete database. Could someone please help me TLR5613@comcast.net Please I have been trying this for about 5 days straight now lol
