This just isnt happening lol

I have followed the readme all the way to the point were i open mysql.exe and type

GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* to '%'@localhost IDENTIFIED BY '%';

i hit enter and this happens >

ERROR 1045: Access denied for user: '@localhost' <using password: NO>

Just thought i would mention - My password isnt no

All help appreciated
