Patcher won't patch etc
I thought I'd give this thing a try - so far I've had no joy whatsoever getting the client to work.
I have my eqhosts file set correctly and have copied EQ out to a seperate folder for the EQ Emu version.
Running Windows XP Pro.
If I run the EMU Patcher I just get a message telling me it couldn't connect to the patch server and aborts.
If I run EQWIndows (pointing to the EMU version folder) I get to the login screen and get a 1002 error saying I need to repatch.
Is my faith blind or does this thing actually work? If so, what am I doing wrong?
(I have tried this without firewall running too btw)
Any help would be much appreciated
