Minilogin and eqemu

My friend and I have tried to get a server going but for some reason no matter what log in we use it always defaults to the eqemu account. I have been looking around but there is no clea answer. I have a feeling the answer is in the miniloginaccounts.ini but when we added my ip and username and such still go to the eqemu account. Any ideas?
