Server running but can't login

I got my server running but i can't login i get the 1017 error....

HELP!!!!!

Public service announcement: This is the worst possible flamebait anyone can post. Please post the details of your server, whether configuration files, processes you used, whatever! Leave off IP addresses and passwords unless the IP is 127.0.0.1. Please give us something with which to work.
