SQL Passwords not match

When i try to start world.exe i get this:

im running sql v.4.0.17 and WinXP Pro with EQEmu v5.3
the user/pass from db.ini is the same as my.ini(windows dir)
i even copy/pasted the 2 lines...
here is my db.ini file
