Is PoHate still available??

Hey guys. Lately i've been wondering if some of the things i've wanted to do for Dynadin can still be done. The biggest fear of all i have ofcourse is that the revamp of Plane of Hate, could have eliminated the possibility for the use of the previous Hate to be in use.
Basically, will Dynadin server be able to use the old hateplane as it was before?
If not is there anyway to change that?

Dynadin is an oldworld server which will be run as if it was EQ just after hate and fear were released. I doubt i can even stand the fact that it might have to use the new revamped plane. or be without PoHate alone.

any ideas?
