wow, strict admins

I work at a computer help desk and I am subjected to many obvious problems and annoying questions. Banning people is not the answer. It is a sigh of "I'm too tired to do my job, I'll just ban the hell outta them". This is all IMHO, but once you take on the responsibilty of an admin, that does not mean you can to ban people for asking stupid questions. Rude comments, foul language, those are offences that should be given greater punishment then asking how to do something. Odds are if there are so amny people asking the same questions, then the page needs to be changed in a way that the info is presented in a easy manner. When doing something like a forum ro a webpage it s a good idea to make the page as simple as possible. A big link with the words "Visit this first" or something like that.
