questions : quests and playing in window

Hello all !

First i'd like to thank all the ppl that work on eqemu, for all the fun i had with it about a year ago

Now i come back, but i'd like a few answers:
Are the quests effective on "legit" servers ?
How can i play EQ in a window ?
