DB.ini... Loin.ini

I had to re-format my hard drive. So i downloaded EQ and set everything up to play on/run a server but...I don't have the db.ini and login.ini files..I can't find them anywhere..Does anyone have a link to where I could find then, or tell me what to do to create them? Thanks
