1. You can use EQ Emus perl or qst formats for writing all the quests you feel like, but none are included in the releases so you have to write your own. Look for tutorials in the Quest forum.

2. Yeah you have the problem exactly, the server jsut doesn't know enough about the zone to really generate a path so fear spells have been changed to stun spells.

3. Yeah theres a bunch of other threads trying to figure this out too.
