Game in Production, need programming team

Im currently in development of a game. It's 2d online final fantasy type battle game. It's about 50-70% done. But i want to expand it even further, but to do that i need a team of people to help, cause it gets into areas i'm not quite sure of, and plus it would be cooler. Screenshots of it at http://hogosha.three-geeks.org . Let me know if your interested. It's running on SDL and MySQL right now.
