TRY looking at the thread:

or maybe:

the username and PW for mysql are wrong

fix that first then work on other problems

goto c:\mysql

dbl click winmysqladmin.exe

select the TAB labeled my.ini Setup

scroll down to the bottom and

look at user ???
password ???

then insert those into your db.ini file for EQ emu
