Problems with creating a new account.

Hello,

I hope that i am writing this in the correct place, and i follow all of the proper formats. I apologize ahead of time if i make any errors.

My friend just signed up for an EQEmu account today. When loading up EQEmu, he clicks on the "Account" button. Which redirects him to http://www.eqemulator.net/eqaccount.php

After he fills in all of the proper information, he clicks the create account button and the very bottom status bar of Internet explorer says that there is an error on the page.

Is this problem due to the 6/22 patch? and if so, is there a way to bypass it for the time being, or should i just instruct my friend to hold off until the next version of EQEmu is released?
