Cannot Enter World

im getting a text box that pops up with the error message "Cannot Load the File "E|W'' in the current directory you are running everquest from. Make sure you are not running Everquest from two different directories"

Before anyone answers, I just want to double check 0.2.0 IS Luclin Ready, correct...if not, then there is my prob
