I know this is happening to a couple other people as well, but I have heard of it being fixed (I know it's not compatible with live so don't waste your time telling me

at random, after playing for a bit, after coming back from a LD, you can't log back into that charecter, it will freeze after hitting enter world. you have to delete the char or make a new one only for it to happen again later? anyone find a fix for this? I've tried the s2k patcher and the rendereffects fix, and right now I am trying to patch in a seperate eq install with only velious (for Velious Visions server), hoping that'll work, but in case it doesn't..

any legal fix? not asking for files or anything so dont get mod crazy on me.
