Where to look?

Since I started all this EqEmu business I have had a long of fun and learned many things, I installed a seperate version and place on a second harddrive for EQ with the intent of playing EQ with that unupdated version (well as of 8/12/2004) and was wondering if that copy should now be valid or where I can find a point of reference of when EQEmu comes up to date and with what copies etc ... just point me in the direction.
