Major difficulties

I am very hesitant to make a new post, but I have used the search tool on the forums and have found nothing that could help me thus far. I just downloaded the new 0.5.9 DR2. I also patched to Live to make sure I had all the updates. I went, and checked my EQhost, and it's what it should be (newlogin1.eqemulator.net:5994 ) and I am still getting the "Error: a timeout occured" message. What could I do to fix this, so I can play? Thanks in advance.
