It's client side..you would need to edit the eqstr_us file I think.

I know you can edit that file, I am talking about making it server side. I am sure you can change some code around to change it to point to a file in the server folder with the ranks instead of the file in the EQ folder. If not then, that sucks.

The client looks for it in the client, in order to change where the client looks for it you would need to edit the client, easier to edit that one file.....
