timorous deep seems to have a problem...
i think it's zone related as the quest seems to work fine.

yeah , really strange thing , the dock that the translocator is spose to be standing on is going straight into the air instead of out to the sea, I just moved him and did #spawnfix , he was underwater before that cause he had no dock to stand on .
