Try to source in a fresh database. Also, try renaming the quest folder itself and see if you can log in. (if perl compile) If you can log in then you might have some quest files causing trouble.

Another thing you might want to check out is the plugin.pl file that resides in the emu directory, for some reason this was causing my zone in Butcherblock to constantly crash....

...and make sure you have opcodes.conf in your emu dir/.

I've tried sourcing in a fresh database with no luck, I'll try out the perl/quest stuff tonight.
