Try asking in "General Support" you might have better luck. O r use the search fuction but even if u find what your looking for 99.9% this bites you in the butt DO NOT PATCH ON 9/13 OR LATER - 9/13 EQ Patch Breaks 0.6.2 .

And for open free the *.rar or *.zip just install this : http://sourceforge.net/projects/sevenzip/
7zip is a good, free and GPL program for open archive
