To start us off, the version that eqvercheck currently recognizes as titanium:

Extended Version Number: EQ61EA436B52DAE106831BDF131E2727A6B8291587

As a side note, people who have this version and patched do not qualify, this is or fresh installs only.

New to this:

Got:
Version Number: SEQB6367
Extended Version Number: EQ61EA436B52DAE106831BDF131E2727A6B8291587
(same)

When I ran EQVerCheck.exe from my game dir, crashed.

When I ran it from another directory, it said what files I needed and as I pasted them, it worked.

eqgame.exe
EQGraphicsDX9.dll
eqmain.dll
EQGfx_Dx8.dll
mss32.dll

It seems that if you run EQVerCheck.exe with all correct files in the same directory, it will crash.

If you let it prompt you at least one for a missing file, it will not crash.

TTE:
(1) Copy EQVerCheck.exe in a dir by itself
(2) Run it, then click Calculate.
(3) It should put a message saying eqgame.exe is missing. Do not exit EQVerCheck.exe. You can just minimize, hit alt-tab, etc.
(4) copy (eqgame.exe,EQGfx_Dx8.dll,EQGraphicsDX9.dll,eqmain .dll,mss32.dll) from your game dir to dir in (1).
(5) Click the Calculate button again.

This is very strange, it should behave exactly the same.

C++ is wonderful.
