Right-click My Computer, click on Manage, then navigate to Event Viewer \ Application Log (also System Log).

I have the EXACT same problem. Did you find a fix? Does anyone know of a fix. I figured I wouldnt start a new thread over something that seems to be so common... but yeah, I have the exact same thing happen, I try to log in, enter my UN/PW and then boom, that pops up. Im not sure if this matters but I bought my Trilogy a while ago... hope thats not the reason.

Unfortunately, with no details in the faulting modules, I do not believe anyone can say specifically what the problem is. There are a few other eqgame.exe crashes threads here. Check those to see if anyone has been able to resolve their problems with a precise action. I do not think so, though.

Sorry, I thought we were onto something.

Also I have this problem time to time.
Check and open your eqclient.ini in the everquest folder.
Go all the way to the bottom and around there is a Display Refresh statement.
For some reason it likes to reset to 0 from time to time. If it is 0 change to 60 and you should be good to go.
