i have to agree here, not being able to fight back is bad. Sure its hard winning a fight as a lvl 30 vs a lvl 50, but think about it, if youre 3-4 good lvl 30 vs a lvl 50 and you know what youre doing, you could easly beat the lvl 50, that what was so good about EQ, skill applies to pvp

easyest way to solve everything i would say FFA only that its a 10/10 level range up/down that you can attack.

So at lvl 50 you can attack minimum lvl 40 and at lvl 10 you can attack maximum lvl 20 etc...

Hows the server coming? Dont wanna stress but it would be cool if we could get a idea on how kind of a big issue you guys are having with the server. That would maybe give us the ability to figure out the ETA ourselves..

exactly, one on one, as a level 30, i'm screwed by a 50, even if he is a retard. by the mechanics of the game... but say i'm in a group... and some 50 comes walking by and attacks one of us... say the cleric... thats pretty crappy the the rest of the group can't help defend their guy...

- a 30 can't attack a 50 to provoke him from attacking back and losing the level?

Anyway,

I cringe when I ask this because I know the guy with the red name is going to jump down my throat but, it would be great to get some kind of eta. We all know how thankless running an EMU can be so i ask the question not out of impatience only curiosity. Oh, and burning desire for old school eq pvp.

I have a feeling the news isn't good.

Does anyone know if the lucid vision server is going live end of the month?
