I am getting the same error and I have a fresh Titanium install (2 of them now) and followed the instructions (host file is setup and I made sure to have the refreshrate set to 60.) I am not sure what could be the issue at this time.

If anyone has any ideas for us it would be great.

Well every time I got those errors, it had something to do with Dx or my vidcard drivers....might was well try those. Cant exactly break the install now can ya?

Also, double and triple check all your client and server IP settings. swap out 127.0.0.1 with localhost or vice versa.
