This looks like a client issue, I'm guessing the client does not support a mod that high. All we do is throw the mod we're using at the client, it takes the speed from there.

ive noted too, that my god armor for bards, since i LOVE bards...hardly increased speed at all...if at all.. but; ill report back when ive got it working...lol
