Look good at the cable-dsl and speedguide links, they helped me a lot. Your upload speed should be ok for a decent amount of players, just so long as your cable connection stays strong, and you don't catch any "prime time lag" (read the links)
Thanks for the info. Checked those sites out and as of 9:30pm EST my download and upload speeds are pretty much what they are supposed to be. I think I am gonna give it another shot. I hope I can remember how it was done, luckily there are plenty of good guides floating around here though.

Finally got some time to start working on this. I have followed the some what new guide that I found on the forums and it is great! While going through the process I am at the point that tells me I need to choose between ProjectEQ or AngelX database. I am not sure where to go at this point. I want a custom server as in completely different spawns, items, quests, etc. Can I simply skip this part, or do I need to go ahead and pick one and then somehow delete it later on?

I did some searches on the forums but ended up with topics that were completely off-topic.
