Well... it's basically placeable objects in-world (NPCs, teleporters, soulbinders, etc.) my horrible DBA skills back then (was still learning) as well as a custom starting zone, where you have to earn your class, race, etc. (Honestly I think this is what drove people away) and a custom class named the merchant.

Another thing he did is timeouts for world <-> login, meaning, the server would show as unavailable till 2 minutes after you /q'd out.

Some MQ2 fixes were in there as well, namely the 'zone to anywhere from anywhere' one was fixed...

Oh how i'd kill to have the source... but sadly I haven't seen aza in ages, it's a shame, since my DB skills have gotten so much better since then.. I just hope he's ok.

I'd like to have it back for learning, anyhow. Oh, and seeing how horrible my DB normalization skills were compared to now ;p

Aza77 and the staff decided that without a team of above 5 people, we wern't going to continue development.

I would KILL for a copy of their non-interested-in-anymore sources. They had some really good ideas going on.

I haven't seen aza77 in ages.

I'm not sure he would like his hard work to be released without his permission either. It's more of a "I spent a year and a half on this and don't want to give away my year-and-a-half of hard work." other than a "I don't want to release my work."

You could always PM him, not sure what you'd get though...

I've PM'd him, IM'd him, emailed him, begged, pleaded, and even offered a month with my g/f... so I could have some peace and quiet to look into the code... but alas, he is not responding.

My mistake though, I thought you were a developer and thus your work as well, but if it's not then yes I understand not giving stuff away. Besides, I don't want to adopt the ideas, just see how they were done because for the life of me I cannot seem to figure out this emulators source code.
