FIXED, i got last beta-team-dump of 29-1-2008 and it looks to be working nice now, i guess that DB dump was missing any AA's data info??

Could have been just a bum download, I've had it happen to me.
Another thing I've noticed is, since the PEQ beta team dump file always has the same name, my browser sometimes thinks it already has it cached, and I could end up with the same old file.
I fixed that by clearing all browser caches before downloading.
