server is back after a close call with some overly lame weather.

with backups being destroyed in a little bit of flooding I had in my basement... and my two pcs I had running were borked...

anyways I frankensteined up a better pc and was able to recover the pertinent bits of the server for re use.. it should be working again soon, i'm just going to test it.
