check your database and make sure your launcher table entry matches your start.bat entry and delete:
<!-- Only specify these two if you really think you need to. -->
<address>PUBLIC IP HERE</address>
<localaddress>SERVER LAN IP HERE</localaddress>

from your xml file.

Before I created my own post I had already searched and posted responses in most of the relevant posts when searching for Unknown launcher 'zone'.

I'll keep looking down the results page, but I've not yet found a fix for my issue.

i had this error and it was (i think) because i didnt have a servers table in the mysql database. after i ran that i made progress.
