maybe it was me -- Slowpoy on the EZ server if it was me.okey but well when i get to main menu and click login again i get some PATCH thing,erroe 1071 or something like that that said i had to repatch but i can connect to every other server with my Everquest Titanium version.

Try re-installing EQ, Patching it to Live, Getting the files for play, ui's set up ETC, and then try again. PM me if it doesnt work and I'll help you with the problem.

Sony has changed their patcher. It will not patch to live without an active account now, as far as I know.
