BL Pet appearance is in the code, not the db. Check out zone/pets.cpp. Do a search for IKSAR, OGRE, etc. You could probably add more cases to add custom pets, appearance wise.

ok i checked it out.
if you try to modifiy any of original BST pets- you will never gain anything.

In order to give BSt some other pets you need to give him some new spells which summon some other pets/mobs. I have succesefuly gave my test BST necro pet this way. Alternativly you can give him any other pet you like, as long as you do NOT try to do via original BST spells
