Default My one and only crash bug for VS2008

I'm using MSVS 2008, and I can get it to compile just fine, however, I am getting an odd error and I'm not 100% sure what it is.

In common/timeoutmgr.cpp
Code:
void TimeoutManager::AddMember(Timeoutable *who) {
	if(who == NULL)
		return;

	DeleteMember(who);	// Crashes Under VS2008 in release
	members.push_back(who); // Crashes under VS2008 in release
#ifdef TIMEOUT_DEBUG
	LogFile->write(EQEMuLog::Debug, "Adding timeoutable 0x%x\n", who);
#endif
}
However, when I compile it with debugging symbols (debug mode) to well, debug it, it doesn't seem to crash at all.

In release mode it doesn't get anywhere before it crashes, so I'm not sure what is causing it, and what is so different between release and debug mode that it would crash in one and not the other.

Does anyone smarter then me have any suggestions how what is causing it to crash or to better figure out why it is crashing?

Thanks in advance,
