Both the same version, I have it hosted on my site to ensure that it's safe should the original host go down, since that website is seven years old or so.

Also, what the fuck is the stupid rule about only being able to edit messages five minutes after posting? Is there any point?

I think that had to do with people posting then erasing what they posted, mainly if their question was answered, etc. PITA, yet, but worth it imo.
