id suggest a new server... one with a less complicated epic than on live with less turn ins and hopefully a more stable server... try out storm haven imo

You need to bring up this issue on the forums of the server you are playing on, or /petition about it or speak to a GM there.

There are dozens of servers out there and if you don't say which one you are playing on, no one will know exactly what you are talking about. But either way, these forums aren't the right place to discuss issues with a particular server.
