ok so i notice this uses cfg files my next question is what version of oz do i need to use to make the zones for this 5.5 emu server?

You should always use the newest OpenZone version, which is 8.3 at this time.

ok but how do you make the cfg files for the server?

I mean I think i could use 0.6.0 dr2 with this though id need to know what database changes id need to make to make it compatible

let me try a different toon just to make sure, inventory appears empty on this guy not real sure why on that one dunno if theres starting gear for this particular class race combo

well even still atleast i can get to work on the LJ Content now lol ill just have to remember to close it down every so often when my resources get too used up

looks like it works thanks though might just be a bandaid on the gunshot wound but i can get some workd done lol

Let me know what this one does. This one will defer freeing the textures until the render thread can do it (it queues them up for the render thread to dispose of them). It's risky as it's an architectural change, but it might work (and no, I haven't tested it).

What's going on is the client is giving up after ten tries and not freeing the texture. The bug is still there, just being masked by the fact that the client is giving up and moving on. It's still not right as your memory usage will climb as you go from one zone to the next, so I still have to figure this out. I need to get to bed shortly, though, so perhaps tomorrow.

The server should make them itself. I think #zsave will make them.
