I just tried it out, both combines worked fine for me. The first is the in the kit, the second in a forge. Make sure the items are not stacked in the container.

Also, for bugs found on the Grand Creation server, it is best to use our forums so I can get to them quicker: http://www.projecteq.net/phpBB2
