Your items database schema is not the same as PEQ or up to date. This message comes from an error when looking at your database and something does not match.

I am having the same issue once I upgraded to the latest database - 1129REV245. I had no issues with REV 233. I even loaded up a backup copy of 233 and it worked. Any ideas? Thanks.

I just re-verified that rev 245 doesn't work with the item editor. I did a fresh install of 245 and 233 and the item editor worked perfectly with 233, but it gave me a refresh error with 245.

Same "refresh" issue with Rev 245.

I'll load up the current schema and have a look.

Kayot was kind enough to give PEQ his schema for items which is a bit different and makes the table a bit easier to understand/work with and also reduces memory usage a bit. That's probably the cause of the problem. Sorry about that!

ok - I found the error after changing the schema. It was a variable declaration.

Everquest Item Editor and Character Inventory Editor
- 14.3.1 - Fixed crash when running db schema 245 -" ..requires refresh" error. This was caused by a variable declaration (Integer, when required Long)

I tested this and works on my end. Give it a go.

..I'm not sure what difference Kayot's schema has to the past one. I'll look into this today, but the program appears to work ok.
I'm refering to his post here
