Just to be safe, you should try all of the different compatibility mode options. I don't know what the exact differences are, but I do know that it can help if set correctly. Maybe trying windows 98 would help, but I would try each one to be sure.
The only other thing I can think of would be to make sure you are running a legal copy of Titanium that hasn't been modified in any way. If you are, then try uninstalling and deleting the directory, then install it again and see what happens. If you have downloaded any custom files from other servers, that can definitely cause issues on other servers.
