Check your launcher_zones table. The default is to load 5 dynamics. You can set that to whatever you like, but anywhere from 20 to 50 should be pretty good for almost any server.

Dynamic zones used to be a big no-no in my book before the timers got reworked. It's nice to see them as such a nifty option now for those who need to save memory.
