What server are you playing on? If you are playing on a server that doesn't have account limiting set on it and you are trying to use more than 1 character on the same account at the same time, that will almost always cause issues with zoning.

I'm on the Tallon/Vallon server. It's only one char per account, and it happens even if im not boxing a 2nd account.

Does it happen to you on other servers at all, or just that server? If it is specific to one server, you should bring it up on their forums instead of here.
