If you look at the post that has "I hate Minilogin" in the Title, down a couple from yours, you'll see some example partial configs in there. Take a look at them and see if they are different than yours. I have worldname and worldaddress set in mine but I'm not sure if it's necessary. It's been a LONG time since I set mine up.

sorry about the double post, but I changed up my eqemu_config file a bit, but it still didnt help, just cleaned it up a little.

I changed it some, it now is:

<?xml version="1.0">
<server>
<world>
<shortname>cmon</shortname>
<longname>workyousucker</longname>
<!-- Only specify these two if you really think you need to. (read: You dont) -->
<address>192.168.1.102</address>
<localaddress>127.0.0.1</localaddress>

<!-- Loginserver information. Defaults shown -->
<loginserver>
<host>192.168.1.102</host>
<port>5999</port>
<account></account>
<password></password>
</loginserver>
<unlocked></unlocked>
<!-- Sets the shared key used by zone/launcher to connect to world -->
<key></key>
<!-- Enable and set the port for the HTTP service. -->
<http port="9080" enabled="true" mimefile="mime.types" />
</world>

<!-- Database configuration, replaces db.ini. -->
<database>
<host>localhost</host>
<port>3306</port>
<username>root</username>
<password>mypassword</password>
<db>peq</db>
</database>
</server>

I noticed you don't have anything in your <key></key> tag. Is this on purpose or did you just remove it to post?

Also take a look in your logs directory and see if you get anything else in there. I don't see anything that sticks out in your configs as being a problem. Could be something else.
